OuHow do you know if you'll fit in here at Spiritan? The happiest and most successful Spiritan students are those who want more than a degree. Our students want to expand their academic knowledge and skills while also learning more about themselves and making a difference in the community and the world around us.

At Spiritan University, you'll learn from teacher-scholars who provide an excellent classroom experience and also produce some of the most important research in their fields.

You will benefit from a 15:1 student-to-faculty ratio and an academic experience hallmarked by personal attention from a faculty. In fact, almost half of all classes have 20 or fewer students, which means youwill have plenty of opportunities for direct interaction with your professors.

Spiritan University provides a well-rounded education that will challenge you academically while nourishing your spiritual and ethical development. Founded more than 25 years ago by the Congregation of the Holy Spirit, Spiritan University is the only Spiritan institution of higher education in the Ghana. This means we share in the Spiritans' values and are deeply committed to:

  • Educational excellence

  • Moral and spiritual values

  • An ecumenical atmosphere open to diversity

  • Service to the Church, the community, the nation and the world.ssion

One of the things our students continually rave about is our beautiful campus and its proximity to downtown Ejisu. At Spiritan University, you get the best of both worlds. While strolling Academic Walk to get to class, you will enjoy our beautiful, safe, self-contained campus with lots of green spaces.

When you are ready to take advantage of everything Ejisu has to offer, just take a short walk or taxi ride. The Yaa Asantewaa Museum - is just one 1km from campus. Walk a few more blocks into town and you'll be in Ejisu`s cultural district, where plays, concerts, comedy and shows await. Prefer to shop or dine out? There are plenty of stores and restaurants downtown and in nearby neighborhoods, like Aponkye Akyi or Anital Hotel.
